Jeena Sirf Merre Liye is about youth associates Karan (Tusshar Kapoor) and Pinky (Puja) (Kareena Kapoor). Pinky and her dad come to a slope stop every season during Pinky's university separate. Pinky looks ahead to returning here for one reason: Karan. They get split up after Puja's dad (Vijayendra Ghatge), a magnate, goes again to the town. Karan get implemented by a man also from the town. Puja's dad delivers her to his brother's home out of the nation. I am going and the two accept each others remembrances. They try to discover each other but cannot.

Puja learns her check out (one she offered Karan before they parted) in many locations but is incapable to understand that Karan is the one. She creates out her youth tale to discover Karan and comes across Seema (Mallika Sherawat). Seema has come across Karan and considers him to be her partner. Puja later acknowledges that Karan is her youth really like, as does Seema. Seema goes to tell Karan. As he's going to discover Puja he gets a contact from his dad that his sister's marriage has been ended. The purpose was Puja's father; he didn't accept of Puja and Karan. Puja discovers out about this and marries Karan before side of her dad. He limbs Karan who pulls through. In the end they live fortunately ever after.
